Who is the Customer Success Manager?
Coordinate post-signing implementation of Ad-Shield’s recovery solutions between clients and the internal solutions team
Monitor and optimize the daily performance of Ad-Shield’s recovery solutions for the portfolio of assigned clients
Exercise total ownership of the relationship between Ad-Shield and the assigned clients, responsible for all communications and conflicts resolution with the clients
Map out organization chart and develop Key Account Plans for clients considered strategic
Coordinate internal escalation to ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner
Assess churn or other business risks and inform the rest of the organization of any problems that may arise
Provide monthly reports and weekly updates to Sales leadership on important account activities and the general health of the assigned book of clients
Experience in Sales, Account Management, or other client-facing roles preferred
Proven Account Management track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing clients’ relationships
Experience with multi-cultural working environments
Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or equivalent preferred
Bilingual in English and Korean (business-level proficiency)
Ability to adapt well to frequent changes in internal company structure and processes
Self-starter: plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction

2. Discovery Interview
The purpose of the Discovery Interview is for both the company and the candidate to get to know each other. It’s a video interview and usually takes around 30 minutes. The interviewer will start off by introducing Ad-Shield’s business before proceeding to discuss the candidate’s application for the role.
3. Detail Interview
The main goal is to assess the candidate’s candidacy for the role: work history, core competencies/skills, and culture fit.
Discuss the desired employment terms and clarify other hiring details.
